- Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the confirmation email once your shipment has been delivered.
- We are unable to return devices that do not pass inspection, but they will be responsibly recycled.

Clean your device and screen
Please carefully clean casing and screen. Be careful not to scratch the screen. Please confirm your device’s description is accurate. If changes are needed, simply restart the iPad donation process.
Backup your data, sign out of iCloud, and disable “Find My Device”
Make sure to properly backup your data first. Sign out of iCloud and iTunes and disable Find My Device option. For your total privacy, all devices are securely erased prior to inspection and data cannot be recovered.
Properly package device(s) and ship within 30 days via FedEx
Please carefully package device and tender to a FedEx location within 30 days. All devices must be properly packaged according to the following shipping instructions. It is your responsibility to fully secure the packaging of your device before you ship them.
Can I ship multiple devices in one box?
iPads
If you are donating more than one iPad, you may combine them into one larger outer shipping box.
Wrap all items individually in 2” layer of bubble wrap and then pack tightly
Power down and separately wrap and tape up each included item to prevent damage during transit. Each device and accessory needs to be individually wrapped and then packed tightly into shipping box.
Pack all devices into large sized, sturdy box with sufficient crush space
All included items must be separated from edge-of-box by at least 3” on all sides and packed tightly with packing paper or bubble-wrap. Once wrapped, device(s) and accessories must be packed tightly into the center of box.
DO NOT use U-Haul or moving boxes, flimsy boxes, and make sure there is no loose items or empty space.
Once packaged properly
Tape box shut, affix prepaid shipping label, and drop at any FedEx Office, FedEx Customer Center, or FedEx Authorized Ship Center within 30 days of receiving your label.
